Personal Training

Personal training is our flagship service. This service is great for anyone who needs accountability, doesn't know where to start, or just wants an extra boost of motivation. Training with one of our certified professionals will help you reach your goals faster because you will receive individualized programming based off of your current fitness level and goals. It all starts with setting up the consultation session so that we can learn more about your current starting point. Then we work our magic to get you where you want to go!

We’re dedicated to help you become your best self!

We will match you with the right trainer for your needs, and help you to create a schedule that works for you. Choose one weekly session as a guideline workout to get you back in the swing of things or supplement with a current workout routine. Or, make it two, three, or four times a week, and attack your fitness goals with more frequency. The sky’s the limit… you can even mix and match with adding other services offered or another trainer to add some variety to your routine! Whether you are looking for fat loss, strength training, flexibility, cardio conditioning, small or large group training, yoga or a combination, our coaches, trainers, and instructors will show you how to banish “boring” from your workout vocabulary.
Your plan will be totally customized based off of your current fitness level and goals. The process starts by coming in for your first meeting with a trainer which we call the "Consultation". During this session, the trainer will work with you to figure out where your fitness level is at right now, what your health history looks like, and what you want to accomplish. You’ll go through a workout assestment so that we can get a feel for your current fitness level and then your future programming will all stem off of that first day. This makes sure that we are meeting our programming with where you are at right now, and then we program from that first day to get you where you want to go!

Variations of Personal Training

In addition to our 60 minute sessions, we also offer 30 minute sessions and "Partner Personal Training" which is where you can train with a friend or family member. These partner sessions are 60 minutes in duration.
